We are an independent Inventory company operating across London. With our team of Inventory Clerks and dedicated administrative staff, we take extreme pride in detail with every report.
We have a fully trained and experienced administrative team, making sure every detail is as accurate as possible. We are always here to help with any questions or queries.
Our clerks take great pride in their ability to provide high quality, easy to read and detailed reports, including photographic evidence and detailed descriptions of each room, item(s), fixture(s), fitting(s) and effect(s). Our clerks have extensive experience creating reports and liaising with agents, landlords and tenants.
We use a 2-stage process to make sure each report is of the highest standard. Stage one is in the hands of the clerk, using our software to dictate, photograph and log. Stage two heads to the administrative team, who checks all reports before completing and sending them to the designated recipient(s).
The software we use is the most up to date within the Inventory sector, enabling 24 – 48-hour turnarounds that are accurate, detailed and easy to read. Our clients also have the option to view the reports directly online once complete. All the reports will be emailed directly to you in PDF form allowing you to access a hard copy whenever needed.
Our friendly team is available Monday to Sunday from 9.00 until 18.00. Outside of these hours, we aim to get back immediately.
